Your local yoga studio often doesn’t have the time, space or resources to support you beyond the 90-minute class. Each of our retreats has a two – three hour block of time in the morning to teach you a set yoga sequence you can take home with you. Our teachers have time for just you. We create the space to let you practice at your own pace, learn new poses, and try them out. Under the guidance of our skilled and gifted teacher, you’ll walk away from this retreat a yogi in the truest sense.
